Praharsh Suryadevara

Physics Ph.D. Student

About

I’m Praharsh Suryadevara, a physics graduate student at New York University advised by Stefano Martiniani.

My current research focuses on non-equilibrium statistical mechanics, i.e., I’m interested in systems whose state is not stationary in time. In particular, I develop computational tools to understand the structure of high-dimensional energy landscapes in jammed systems and glasses.

I started my Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota and received a B.S./M.S. degree from IIT Kanpur before that.

I cook, read, and freak out over climate change in my free time.
